Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out between 1-3 business days after ordering. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

International Shipping Duties

Please note that not all our of shipping options pre-collect or charge customs duties at checkout unless specifically noted on the shipping option (e.g. DDP, Duties/Taxes Included, etc.). This may result in international orders being charged import fees on arrival to its local customs office. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Stealth Gaming accepts no responsibility for such costs.

How do I check the status of my order

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification by email from us which will have a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 days, please email us at stealthbusinessuk@gmail.com with your full name, order number and we will be happy to help. If you are unsure on how to track your order number, choose the link where it matches your courier.
