Refund policy

We have a 24-day return policy, which means you have 24 days to request a return after you receive your item.

How do I start a return

To enquire about a return, email us at stealthbusinessuk@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your package. Any items we receive that haven't requested a return will not be accepted. 

What do I need to be eligible

To be eligible for a return, you need proof of purchase or a receipt. Your item in enquiry also has to be in the same condition you received it in (original packaging and unused).

Return to sender fees

In the event that an order is returned to us as a result of customer error or circumstances beyond our control, the customer will be eligible for a refund excluding the original shipping fees. Any request to resend the order will require the customer to cover the cost of reshipping.


Damaged Items

If your item has arrived and is damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately either by a contact form or by email at stealthbusinessuk@gmail.com . 


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original purchase. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order if the shipping label has been printed and the order has been dispatched. After you receive the item you can return it. You may need to pay a return fee and the cost of the return label.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Items returned incomplete or without original packaging may result in a partial refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for refunds that are not the result of an error by Stealth Gaming
